    Job Title : Accounts Executive
    Job Function : Accounts
    Location : Malaysia, KL

  • Responsibilities

    • Reports to the Accounts Manager
    • Handles Accounting tasks including AR, AP, Cash Book and payments, collections, forex transactions and GST returns, etc. as well as postings to trial balance and preparation of monthly management and annual statutory accounts as part of the Accounting team
    • Also handles or assists in administrative tasks such as orders processing, invoicing, as well as logistics and shipping arrangements, as required
  • Pre-Requisites

    • Degree in Accountancy/Business Admin or ACCA Level 2
    • At least 3 years relevant work experience in a computerised environment
    • Experience with Sage ERP or ACCPAC Software would be an advantage
    • A team player with good inter-personal and communication skills, integrity and discipline
    • Pro-active, meticulous and hands-on
